Things we didn't do today

We didn't go into town to meet a friend because I didn't pick up the text soon enough.

We didn't do any painting even though I'd set it up.

I think sometimes in blogland it's easy to portray a life that's full of worthy activities when most days are filled with just boring normalness - doing 3 loads of washing; watching 'animals' on Youtube; nursing both children; trying to drink a cup of tea while it's still warm.

In a flurry of activity though we then did some building of duplo (boy was naked again)

Showed off new skills...

And made some cheese and courgette scones for the second tome in as many days.
